PARTNERS + SIMONS, 2003-2007
Interactive Project Manager  |  Revamped the UX/Interactive practice

PARTNERS+Simons bought my company Platform360 in 2003 and brought me and my partner on to revamp their interactive offerings, as well as resell a content management system we initially built for one of their law firm clients. At P+s, I managed interactive projects from architecture and strategy to launch, including booking, training and managing a staff of 5 and a core pool of 2-3 freelancers.

To the right is a very fun demo I produced and built for Agilent Technologies. I modeled the entire the 3D lab and built the interactive Flash website complete with 'talking' video badge. The client was so happy with the work they signed P+s up to be their agency of record.

On the right is a glimpse of the CMS embedded within this law firm's UI. Not sure how well it holds up 15+ years later, but it is likely still better than Oracle :/. We resold it to a handful of their clients, and I trained law firms with how to use it although it was pretty self-explanatory and easy to use, especially for its day. As mentioned, the company resold this CMS to several of their law clients for hundreds of thousands of dollars and it was even used as an internal intranet/extranet.

I programmed hundreds of Flash banner advertising in dozens of sizes for a bunch of clients, and back when file size limitations was a huge constraint, this was meticulous work.

I also built half a dozen pretty intensive Flash microsites for companies like Applied Biosystems, Financial Engines, and Mercury Computing.
